this article is titled, "Storyboarding tips from DreamWorks". and the title is pretty self explanatory. i learned that drawing a grid before you draw your characters can often help a lot in most cases. i learned that background sells depth. by saying this i mean, make your background stand out from your surroundings. i also learned that when you grow characters, its not random. you should logically group them.
while reading this article i really liked the advice they had to give you. i feel like it will help out a lot. i also liked how they incorporated pictures to show you what you should do.
the only question i have is how they only listed 4 advices. the should give more to let us know about other things.
