this article is titles, "the psychedelic and grotesque proto-gifs of the 19th century". its about the creator of these amazing gifs, Richard Balzer and how he does it. i learned that theres such a thing called virtual museums. and they are really cool! i learned that he post a new one every week on tumblr and I'm often on that site lastly, i learned about a phenakistoscope and how cool they are! 
two opinions i have about this article is that i thought it was really interesting to learn about that stuff! i also thought the pictures in it were very cool.
the only question i have about this article is that i wanted to know his tumblr page! they never listed it.
