this article is called, "For Love of Indie Filmmaking: Ten Pointers to Improve Storytelling Without Cracking Open a Bottle." this article will give you helpful hints to make your story more interesting. here are the points that they mention; 1, open with a book. 2, cut the backstory. 3, use impressive verbs. 4, use all your senses. 5, get into your characters head. 6, show don't tell. 7, make dialogue believable. 8, don't stereotype emotion. 9, use metaphors but avoid cliche. and lastly, 10, make the ending smack hard and stick with the reader.
i enjoyed this article because i always like writing new stories and reading new books. but i also like telling my own stories to people. i liked these tips because they weren't to serious but they do help out. i would recommend these tips to new writers interested in making an awesome story.
